Most patients know Tracy - she has answered questions about everything from the details of a specific surgical procedure, to how to prepare before surgery, to what to expect post operatively. Tracy has been a Registered Nurse for the past 13 years. She worked as a staff nurse at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold for 10 years prior to her position at Plastic Surgery Plus. Tracy is fully experienced at explaining the details of your procedures and answer your questions before and after. She is also the Office Manager here at Plastic Surgery Plus.
Kim is the newest addition to the staff at Plastic Surgery Plus, joining the staff in March 2007. Kim is in charge of Medical Billing and Coding for the office, but enjoys her job as Patient Schedule Coordinator even more, because she gets to talk to all the patients. "Our patients are always so satisfied, it's a pleasure to talk to each of them personally, says Kim. She'll set your pre-operative appointment as well, and go over everything you need to do to prepare fully for your cosmetic surgery.

In my extensive experience with breast augmentation and reconstruction, and as an investigator in the FDA study on silicone implants, I have seen many where instances where silicone breast implants perform better than saline. Now that women have been given a choice, they must educate themselves on the pros and cons, in close consultation with a highly qualified plastic surgeon. It is more critical than ever for women who choose breast augmentation or any plastic surgery to do so only under the care of a board certified plastic surgeon, whose credentials assure women that their plastic surgeon is highly qualified to perform their surgery safely, and manage any potential complications. The FDA announced their final decision, but the true final decision rests with the patient. Women who consult with qualified, certified plastic surgeons will always experience the best possible results.
